    Great price and service! Picked up the 30 mbps service and it's been relatively flawless (compared to Comcast). There's been a few disconnects (lasting 10-20 minutes), but it wasn't really a problem. Overall, I would definitely recommend their service. Pros: - Fast and reliable internet connection (even at 30 mbps) - Customer service is awesome and actually calls you back - Inexpensive - Quick and easy setup. Very little hassle at all. Cons: - Servicing location is limited. Wish they served in more buildings on the East Side.

    Unbelievably good service. BYO router, plug and play with the phone jack, standard automatic billing, and customer support that actually picks up the phone! Wish I could take these guys with me to my next apartment on the East Coast.
